About us:

Café Cherie is a modern French-Aussie café located on a beautiful ex-vineyard at 41 Wilson Road, Pinjarra. With a lively, friendly team and a stunning setting, we’re passionate about great coffee, delicious food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our community.

Your role:

 Lead & inspire our café team

 Check food quality on the pass

 Direct junior staff

 Keep the café spotless & compliant

 Monitor staff hours to control labour costs

 Barista skills essential

You’ll need:

 Experience supervising a busy café

 Attention to detail & love for hospitality

 Positive energy & teamwork vibes

Perks:

 6:30am – 4pm, no nights!

 4 Day roster

 Weekend rotation – Non negotiable

 Work with fun French-Aussie café crew
