CAFE SUPERVISOR

Ladle + Press is a bustling inner-city cafe in Perth, and we're entering an exciting new year of growth and innovation! We're on the lookout for a friendly, warm, and professional Senior FOH Supervisor with strong barista experience to join our team.

About Us: Our café has been thriving for the past three years, and 2025 brings a wave of new concepts and initiatives. As part of our dedicated team, you'll help us maintain the daily consistency of our products and services while working closely with our Chef.

Your Role: In the early mornings, you'll be hands on with our busy coffee window, producing 350+ takeaway coffees daily—12oz and 16oz sizes, all takeaway, no latte art. It's a fast-paced environment, and we pride ourselves on delivering a consistent product.

By late morning, our focus shifts to our lunch cabinet, where you'll ensure top-notch customer service to our loyal, returning customers. This year, we're also expanding our offerings to include office breakfast and lunch catering. You'll coordinate with our Chef to ensure all orders are processed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the FOH team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining our high standards of product and customer service.
• Liaise with the Chef to maintain consistency and quality across all offerings.
• Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for both staff and customers.
