Experienced Cafe Supervisor

We are a busy community focused Cafe in the local shopping complex serving great coffee with friendly service looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor for an immediate start.

Must have proven experience in a fast paced similar position that includes balancing leadership skills with operational skills, making and serving high quality coffee, managing and training staff, ordering a plus but not essential, quality control and managing stock rotation, cash handling and most importantly providing excellent customer service.

You will also have to enforce and maintain safe food handling practices.

Availability must be between 7am to 6pm mostly Monday to Friday but can include some weekend work.
