Miami Bakehouse is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Mandurah cafe on Rouse Road - a busy, much loved location serving locals, travellers and the wider community. This is a pivotal leadership role where your energy, people skills and operational know how will truly make an impact.

The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the store’s success. You’ll lead from the front, working side by side with your team to deliver exceptional service, strong results and a positive, high-performing culture.

You’ll drive key performance targets, manage rosters, ordering, wastage and stock, and maintain consistently high standards across service, coffee, food quality and presentation. Most importantly, you’ll create an environment where customers love to return and team members love to work.

About You

You’re an experienced hospitality manager who enjoys leading in a busy, hands-on environment. You’re confident, organised and people-focused, with a strong ability to motivate teams and deliver results. You take pride in running a great store and care about attentive customer experiences.

You bring proven management experience in a fast-paced cafe, restaurant or similar hospitality setting, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Flexibility to work school holidays and public holidays is important, but you’ll love the balance this role offers.

• Salary $74,500 - $78,500 + super
• Monthly performance bonus of $800
