We’re Hiring – Casual Café Staff (Multiple Roles Available)

On-Campus Positions | Monday to Friday | Flexible Hours

We're currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable café staff to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering great customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Available Positions

1. Casual – 30+ hours per week

Cafe Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant

• 4–5 shifts per week (Monday to Friday)

• Flexible hours (morning, afternoon, and evening)

• Customer service, barista duties, and cleaning

• Potential opportunity for a permanent position

2. Casual – 15–20 hours per week

Cafe Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant

• 3–4 shifts per week (Monday to Friday)

• Flexible hours (morning, afternoon, and evening)

• Customer service, barista duties, and cleaning

3. Casual – 30+ hours per week

Basic Cook / Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant

• 5 shifts per week (Monday to Friday)

• Typical hours: 7:00am – 2:00pm (may vary)

• Basic food preparation, kitchen support, customer service, barista duties, and cleaning

Recruitment Criteria

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment
• Barista experience (preferred)
• Food Handlers Certificate, or willing to obtain
• A genuine passion for delivering memorable customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including good English proficiency
• The ability to work well in a team
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and problem-solving under pressure
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
