WE’RE HIRING! CAFE ALL-ROUNDER

Peppermint Green in Joondalup is looking for an experienced and energetic Cafe All-Rounder to join our small, tight-knit team!

We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in what they do and genuinely enjoys making people’s day. Pouring a great cup of coffee is super important too!

The role:

You’ll be doing a bit of everything: Making coffees, serving customers, cooking, clearing tables, dishes and keeping the cafe running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ barista experience in a fast-paced cafe environment - Essential

Confident, capable and quick on your feet. We need a fast mover!

Cooking experience - Highly desirable

Naturally warm, friendly and customer-focused

A reliable team player who enjoys working in a small team

A genuine love for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service

Positive, energetic and solution-focused. We love people who bring good energy to the team and contribute to a supportive, upbeat workplace

Comfortable with 6.15am starts

Saturday availability is essential

The details:

• Position starts in September

• 3–5 days per week available for the right person

• Casual position - Award rates

• Early starts and Saturdays are essential

• Long-term position for the right candidate
