Experienced Café All-Rounder/ Cafe Supervisor Wanted

We’re looking for an experienced café all-rounder with progression into supervisor in September. This is not a stand at the coffee machine role!

What we’re looking for:

* EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE skills (bonus points if you’re great at remembering names and building relationships with regulars!)

* An ORGANISED MULTITASKER who can keep things running smoothly and efficiently - think being on the til, frothing milk and communicating with the kitchen all at the same time!!

* Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a FAST PACED environment

* Solid BARISTA EXPERIENCE including dialing in coffee and consistently producing quality coffees with silky milk texture - we do 9-12kg a day!

* A POSITIVE BUBBLY team player who is happy to jump in wherever needed - we work hard but also find time to laugh!

* this is only open to Australian PERMANENT RESIDENTS - NO VISAS - sorry but we’re looking for someone to join the fam and stay long term

Availability:

* Minimum 3 days per week to start with full time hours from September ( Monday - weds to start then adding in one weekend day and another week day)

* Early morning availability is essential — shifts commence from 6:15am
