Stay Grounded Coffee Roasters is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Cafe All-Rounder to join our team!

We’re a busy, hands-on cafe and roastery with a great team.

If you’re someone who enjoys hospitality, knows your way around a coffee machine and isn’t afraid to get stuck into whatever needs doing, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

It’s a genuine all-rounder role, so no two days are exactly the same.

You’ll be:

 Making quality coffee

 Looking after customers and taking orders

 Helping with food preparation and cooking

 Clearing tables and keeping things clean

 Jumping in wherever the team needs a hand

 Helping keep the cafe running smoothly during busy periods

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

At least some barista experience in a busy cafe is essential

Fast, confident and comfortable working under pressure

Experience with cooking or food preparation

Friendly, approachable and genuinely customer-focused

Reliable and punctual

A great team player who is happy to pitch in

Positive attitude and good energy

Someone who takes pride in their work

Available for 6am starts

Saturday availability is essential

 Start straight away 

 Early morning starts

 3–5 days per week for the right person

 Casual position

 Long-term opportunity for the right person
