We’re growing — and looking for passionate coffee professionals to join the Community crew. Whether you’re an experienced Head Barista ready to lead the bar, or a  Barista who knows how to move fast, willing to learn and works milk consitently, we’d love to hear from you.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, specialty-focused café with a strong sense of community, or if you’re a keen barista who thrives off the pressure of a busy coffee store, this could be your next great move

BARISTA – Casual

We’re looking for baristas who:

Have at least 1 year of experience making coffee in a busy cafe

Work clean, fast, and with attention to detail

Enjoy being part of a strong, friendly team

Know how to manage peak times without compromising quality

Most important bring good vibes and a great attitude

We provide:

Working with some of the best coffee equipment around
