Something fresh is rising in Baillie Hill!

Beth's, a brand-new bakery and cafe, is planning to open

its doors late February in East Victoria Park, and we are looking for energetic, coffee-loving, bread and pastry-obsessed Front of House superstars to join our team.

As a member of our founding crew, you’ll be the face of Beth’s at the stunning new Baillie Hill hospitality site, helping us create a relaxed community-focused atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Greeting with a Smile: Providing welcoming, exceptional service to our Baillie Hill neighbours.

· Coffee Craft: Serving up high-quality brews, exceptional coffee will be a big focus at Beth’s.

· Pastry Pro: Sharing your passion selling our house-made sourdough, flaky croissants, and seasonal

treats.

· Cafe Vibes: Maintaining a beautiful, clean, and welcoming space.

We have several roles available for those who

love fresh baked goods, fantastic coffee, and daytime hours (no late nights here!).

Roles We Are Filling:

· Baristas (Experience Essential): You are a coffee professional who can handle a high-volume environment while maintaining consistency and quality.

· Counter Staff: You are the face of Beth’s! You’ll handle orders, share your knowledge of our sourdough and pastries, and provide stellar service.

· Runners: You are fast on your feet, keeping the floor moving and ensuring our guests get their treats and brews quickly.

· Dish Hands: The engine room of the bakery. You’ll keep our workspace sparkling and ensure our kitchen team has everything they need to succeed.

What we’re Looking For:

· The Vibe: A genuine passion for hospitality and a "can-do" attitude.

· Availability: Must be available for a mid February 2026 start, including weekend shifts.

· Reliability: You show up ready to go and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
