Barista - Maylands

We're currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team!

At Dôme, we're passionate about great coffee and exceptional customer service. We focus on training our team members and providing the skills and support needed to succeed in your role.

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold beverages, maintaining coffee equipment, providing friendly and efficient service, taking customer orders, and ensuring our café is clean, welcoming, and well-presented. You'll also work closely with the Front of House team to deliver a memorable experience for every guest.

About you:

• A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional guest service
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided
• Flexibility to work Monday–Sunday between the hours of 5:00am and 9:00pm
