Cup & Co is looking for an experienced and reliable full-time barista to join our team in Floreat.
We are a busy, fast-paced café with a strong focus on consistency, efficiency, and customer experience. This role is best suited to someone confident working in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee to a high standard
Maintain consistency during peak service periods
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
Work closely with the front of house and kitchen team
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a busy café environment
Ability to manage the coffee machine independently during peak periods
Strong milk texturing skills across all milk types
Efficient, organised, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
