Barista / Front of House All-Rounder – 30+ hrs

We’re on the hunt for a strong all-rounder to join our team at 3.8 Baysie. 

This role is for someone who’s just as confident behind the machine as they are on the floor. You’ll be making great coffee, looking after customers, and keeping service flowing smoothly from start to finish.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid barista skills (you can handle a rush and still pour a great coffee)

• Genuine, friendly customer service

• Someone who naturally multitasks — chat, clear, carry, serve, repeat

• Confident, calm, and happy in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and keen to be part of a small, community-focused team

The role:

• 30+ hours per week

• Mix of barista + front of house service

• Based in Bayswater (easy walk from the train station)

• Daytime café hours

We’re a busy local spot with a strong regular crowd, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys getting to know people and being part of the neighbourhood.
