At Cheol’s, attitude comes first. We’re looking for someone with heart, hustle, and positive vibes who thrives in a fast-paced cafe and loves creating great experiences for customers.

 You might be the one if you have:

• A big smile and a can-do attitude

• A genuine love for people, coffee, and connection

• The energy to thrive in a busy cafe environment

• Specialty coffee experience (a bonus—we’re happy to teach if you’re keen)

 What you’ll be doing:

• Making espresso using a range of blends and single origins

• Brewing filter coffee for our on-demand batch brew and cold brew

• Dialling in grinders and troubleshooting espresso during service

• Working on industry-leading coffee equipment

• Helping with cabinet food preparation

 The role:

• 3–4 days a week (Mon–Fri) initially

• Approx. 25-30 hours but offers up to 38

• Bring great energy and pride in what you do
