WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED BARISTA WANTED! 

Bada Bing Cafe, Woodlands is on the hunt for a passionate, experienced and fast Barista to join our awesome team!

We’re a busy and vibrant café, especially during our peak coffee hours, so we’re looking for someone who is confident behind the machine and can consistently produce great coffee at a fast pace. 

 THE POSITION

 25–35 hours per week

 A mix of morning shifts and approximately 2–3 closing shifts per week

 Our café is open 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM daily

 No late nights and no dinner service — your evenings are always free!

 Penalty rates apply

 Flexible roster for the right person

 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 Previous barista experience is essential

 Strong, confident and fast on a busy coffee machine

 Ability to maintain excellent coffee quality during busy peak periods

 Someone who genuinely has a passion for coffee

 Experience with latte art is a big bonus 

 Friendly personality and great customer service skills

 Ability to work well as part of a fun and supportive team

 BONUS SKILLS

Experience working behind a bar, including making wine, cocktails and other beverages, would definitely be a bonus — but our main priority is finding a strong and experienced barista.

 FLEXIBILITY

We appreciate weekend availability, but we understand that work-life balance is important too!

 Weekend work is preferred, but we can be flexible

 Need a couple of weekends off? We can work around that

 Prefer a roster mainly focused on Monday–Friday? We're happy to discuss options for the right person
