What You'll Do

Coffee & Service

• Pull consistently high-quality shots and manage multi-orders during busy service
• Engage customers with warmth, confidence, and personality
• Collaborate with the FOH team for seamless service

Operations

• Dial in and set up the coffee station to a high standard daily
• Manage stock, maintain equipment, and keep the workspace clean and organised

Culture

• Bring Bert's coastal, down-to-earth energy to every shift
• Contribute to menu changes and improvements, and pitch in across other areas when needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years barista experience in a fast-paced café
• Confident with dial-ins, milk texturing, and multi-order management
• Knowledge of batch brew, cold brew and all non-coffee drinks
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Available for early mornings, weekends, and peak periods
• Valid Australian work rights
