We’re seeking an experienced Barista for the newly opened Parlour Café at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
About the role:
- Lead coffee quality on our La Marzocco PB ABR, Mythos grinders, Mocamaster, and EK43
- Prepare exceptional espresso and batch brew recipes
- Provide warm, welcoming service to all customers
- Support a busy café team with reliability and enthusiasm
What we’re looking for:
- Proven barista experience with strong knowledge of specialty coffee
- Confidence in fast-paced service environments
- Good latte art skills (preferred)
- A genuine passion for coffee, people, and great hospitality
