Barista

We’re seeking an experienced Barista for the newly opened Parlour Café at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.

About the role:

• Lead coffee quality on our La Marzocco PB ABR, Mythos grinders, Mocamaster, and EK43
• Prepare exceptional espresso and batch brew recipes
• Provide warm, welcoming service to all customers
• Support a busy café team with reliability and enthusiasm

What we’re looking for:

• Proven barista experience with strong knowledge of specialty coffee
• Confidence in fast-paced service environments
• Good latte art skills (preferred)
• A genuine passion for coffee, people, and great hospitality
