About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Barista Allrounder with strong food and wine knowledge to join our team Managers certificate preferred. You'll be hands-on during the service often working independently and making sure our guests have the best experience.

This role suits someone who's confident during a busy service, comfortable jumping in with all-rounder duties (FOH, service, clearing ect), and keen to work closely with a tight-knit team.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a Barista senior role
• Solid coffee and food knowledge
• Minimum 1+ years hospitality experience required for food and wine knowledge
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong team player
• Comfortable with hands-on all-rounder duties (FOH, service, bar, floor)
• Availability to work weekends and 6am starts
• Must be available for 6am starts 2-3 times per week
• Must be available for weekends
• Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Australian work rights required
