Barista All Rounder

Hey Legends! 

Rubra On The Go in Hilton is on the lookout for a mature, experienced barista all rounder to join our drive through team. 

We are keen to hire someone who has experience in high volume coffee settings and is a seasoned hospo player. Someone happy to do induction training at our HQ and then bring proven skills in both coffee and customer service to our pumping drive through. Flexibility in your role is a must, we are a collaborative team and all make coffee and serve and complete daily tasks to keep things running smoothly. 

We run a seven day trade, with a huge customer base of regulars who are like family so we need a friendly outgoing person who is happy to learn regular coffee orders and have a chat with our awesome customers. 

Must have your own car or be able to get here by 6am, live locally and weekend availability is a must. Working rights/long term only. 

It is a casual role with more hours for the right person. We pay weekend penalty rates, have free parking on site, free coffee while you work and discounted lunch. 

Offering ongoing training, supportive management and a happy team who like to laugh while taking care of business.
