Subiaco Bar & Bistro is looking for an experienced and passionate Café/Barista All-Rounder with basic bartending experience to join our growing team as we launch our new breakfast service (7am – 11am daily).
This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant, supportive, and fast-paced hospitality venue.
Availability Required:
Must be available during morning breakfast hours (7am – 11am)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality coffee and deliver exceptional customer service
• Dial in espresso machines and maintain consistency
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Support café and bar operations as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years Barista experience
• Valid RSA Certificate
• Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso machines
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Bartending experience is highly preferred
