COFFIX is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Barista to join our team across our Byford & Hilbert stores.

We're a busy, community-focused brunch café known for:

We're looking for someone who:
- Has barista experience in a busy café
- Can handle fast-paced service calmly
- Is reliable and takes initiative
- Has great customer service and team attitude
- Is available for 4 weekdays + both weekend day
- Can work early starts (from around 5:30AM / 6:00AM)
- Experience with dialing in, milk texturing, consistency, and workflow is highly preferred.
- Has a minimum of 6-12 months barista experience in a commercial setting
- Holds valid Australian work rights including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa

- Says they want hours but can't work weekends
- Brings bad energy or drama to the team
- Struggles under pressure in busy service
