Are you passionate about coffee and love everything about the café industry? We’re looking for an experienced hospitality person to join our team at our amazing café in the heart of the Perth CBD!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their coffee, takes pride in serving consistently great drinks, and enjoys being part of a busy, vibrant café.

About the Role

  •Dial in the coffee machine each morning and adjust the grinder to achieve the perfect shot.

  •Confidently open and set up the coffee machine each day.

 • Have a strong understanding of coffee, extraction, milk texturing and coffee quality.

  •Be genuinely passionate about coffee and enjoy drinking it!

  •Operate the Square POS system, including processing customer orders and payments.

Serve customers at the till and provide friendly, efficient customer service.

   •Assist with basic food cabinet service, including serving cabinet items and keeping displays tidy.

   •Maintain a clean, organised coffee station and ensure consistently high standards.

What We Offer

Great quality of life hours monday to Friday – no nights or weekend 

Early starts at 5:30am 

Minimum 30 hours 

Above-award hourly rate, based on experience.
