Barista / All Rounder

Wild Oats Coffee Co in Carlisle is Hiring!

My workplace is currently looking for a barista/all rounder to fill a casual position:

Role includes:

Making coffees & serving customers

Basic food prep (toasties, croissants etc.)

Maintaining cleanliness of the café throughout service

Restocking & general café upkeep

What they're looking for:

- Barista experience preferred (1+ yr or more)

- Able to work autonomously or within a small team

- Calm under pressure during busy coffee rushes

- Friendly and confident with customers

- High level of cleanliness and organisation

- Able to multitask efficiently during service

Trading Hours:

Monday – Friday

Cafe open: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Opening shifts arrive at 5:30am

Typical finish around 3:00pm

Saturday

Cafe open: 7:00am – 2:30pm

Opening shifts arrive at 6:30am

Finish around 3:00pm

Sunday

Cafe open: 8:00am – 1:30pm

Opening shifts arrive at 7:30am

Finish around 2:00pm

 Weekend availability is essential.

 Opportunity for additional hours over time for the right person.
