Cup and Co is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Barista & All-Rounder to join our energetic team at our Floreat location. We're a fast-paced, community-focused café known for our great coffee, delicious food, and friendly service.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year barista experience in a high-volume café

• Confident in dialling in, latte art, and working under pressure

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Great communication skills and customer-focused mindset

• Willingness to jump in and assist with floor, food running, and general café duties
