Looking for an EXPERIENCED BARISTA to join our team at Fika on Brix 

 (located in Beckenham) 

4 days a week, both weekend days are essential.

We’re a busy cafe on the weekend that do an average of 9kg on Saturday/Sunday, so confidence and experience on the machine is important. We’re after someone who can handle busy services calmly, work well with a team, and happily jump into other front-of-house areas when needed.

But more than skills, we value good people.

At Fika, hospitality genuinely matters to us. Customers are never just numbers, and neither are staff. We know our regulars by name, ask about their families, their dogs, lives, etc and we’re looking for someone who enjoys building those real connections too.

I’m also a very hands-on owner. If dishes are piling up, I’ll jump on dishes. If coffee gets smashed, I’ll jump on coffee. We’re a team first, always.

If you care about hospitality, good coffee, teamwork, and making people feel welcome, you’ll probably fit in well here.
