Barista

WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME EXPERIENCED BARISTA 

Hoopla Espresso, South Perth / Kensington, is looking for a passionate and highly capable barista to join our small, close-knit team.

We’re a fast-paced café with a strong, loyal customer base, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, works efficiently under pressure, and genuinely enjoys creating great experiences for people.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years barista experience

• Strong understanding of dialing in grinders & machine setup

• Confident milk texturing & clean, consistent latte art

• Excellent workflow in a busy environment

• Warm, professional customer service and communication

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• A true morning person – our earliest shifts start from 5:45am

This is a hands-on role – we value team players who are happy to support all areas of the café, including:

• Taking orders and engaging with customers

• Maintaining cleanliness and assisting with dishes

• Preparing cabinet food

Position details:

• Part-time position (~25 hours per week)

• Additional hours available for the right person
