Barista

We are looking for a passionate and experienced barista to join our team at The Grind Reaper in Port Coogee. 

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys working with a great team, loves getting to know their community and wants to grow with us.

We are looking for someone who has:

 Strong espresso knowledge and consistency

Good latte art skills 

 Can handle BUSY rushes with quality and consistency of takeaway and dine in coffee (there are days we may surpass 500-600 coffees in a 5 hour window) 

 Excellent customer service skills and a welcoming attitude

 A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality

Up to 25/30 hours available across: 

• 5:30-1:00pm week days 

• 7:00 – 2:00pm weekends
