We’re Hiring – Strong Barista

Beach St Co is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in East Fremantle.

We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, takes initiative, and can confidently jump straight into service.

The Role

* Casual position

* hours increasing over the summer months for the right candidate

* Saturday and Sunday shifts available and weekday

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment

* Confident barista with solid coffee-making skills

* Current RSA certificate

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, organised, and able to hit the ground running from day one

* Friendly, professional attitude with great customer service

Please Note

* A minimum 3-month employment commitment is required.

* you will be asked to do latte art on trial
