Beth’s Bakery in East Victoria Park is looking for an experienced, speedy casual Barista.

If you thrive during fast-paced weekend rushes, love premium gear, and appreciate top tier baked goods, this is your next role.

The Role

* Type: Casual

* Hours: Around 20 hours per week

* Shifts: Weekend availability is essential

* Pay: HIGA / Restaurant Industry Award rates + above for the right candidate

* Location: East Victoria Park

* Beans: Pouring Loot Coffee, roasted locally in Subiaco

What You’ll Do

* Dial in and sling high-volume specialty coffee cleanly and efficiently.

* Craft custom specialty drinks, precisely mixing foams and house-made syrups.

* Maintain excellent drink quality and speed during peak weekend morning rushes.

* Bring a high-energy attitude to our workflow automation systems.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy, fast-paced cafe environment.

* Latte Art: Strong, consistent latte art skills are a requirement.

* Skills: Confident with specialty coffee gear, batch brewing, and workflow technology.

* Speed: Ability to focus on rapid service without compromising beverage standards.

*Willingness to do whatever non-barista tasks need doing when needed (no hiding behind the machine here!)
