WE’RE HIRING: LEGENDARY BARISTA WANTED

At 2 Pugs Coffee & Kitchen, we take our coffee seriously… but not ourselves. We’re on the hunt for an experienced barista who can keep up with the chaos, charm the locals, and pour a latte that makes people question their life choices (in a good way).

The Role (aka your new second home):

• 15–25 hours per week

• Must be consistently available 6am–3pm on Saturdays & Sundays (our busiest, wildest, most caffeine-fuelled days)

• casual to start but part time available for the right person! Paid through appropiate experience level on Restaurant Industry Award.

What you’ll be doing:

• Single-handedly smashing out 5–8kg of coffee a morning like the absolute machine you are

• Maintaining our unreasonably high standard of “best coffee around”

• Pouring latte art so good it deserves its own Instagram

• Jumping in as an all-rounder when needed (because small team = all hands on deck)

• Running your own coffees during those “how did it get this busy?!” moments

What we’re looking for:

• Must have at least 1 years experience handling high volume coffee orders in a similar environment

• Someone who genuinely loves all things caffeine (we’re talking borderline obsession)

• Calm under pressure, fast on the tools, and maybe just a little bit weird (we like weird)

• Team player who can also fly solo when things get hectic

Bonus points if:

• You’ve ever described coffee as “juicy,” “bright,” or “life-changing” and meant it

• your creative coming up with in trend drink specials!
