If you’ve got experience in a commercial kitchen and a genuine love for baking, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and ready to roll up their sleeves as part of our friendly, fast-paced team.

This role suits someone confident in the kitchen who can take initiative and step into a supervisor role helping guide the team and keep production running smoothly, while still being actively involved on the floor.

At The Cookie Barrel, we bake delicious cookies, slices, and cakes, and we take real pride in what we do. We’re after someone committed to productivity, top quality, and maintaining safety and workplace standards. Someone who communicates well, keeps things organised, and can support others during busy periods.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a commercial kitchen

• Reliable, flexible, and available to meet production needs

• Strong focus on consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to take initiative and support or guide the team when required

• Comfortable helping coordinate daily production and keeping things on track

• Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain high standards under pressure
