Assistant Manager - Dome Subiaco

We are looking for Assistant Managers to lead the help team and deliver the service and quality our guests have come to expect.

Specifically, this will be achieved through;

• Leading and coaching a team to work effectively and efficiently, inspiring others to learn and develop.
• Building a guest focused team who can relate to all walks of life and build links between the café and the local community. 

 Our Management Positions are Permanent, and Full Time, with shifts across the week and weekend, with a variety of early and late starts.

We offer a comprehensive internal training program to set you up for success – and on top of that the ability to achieve Nationally Recognised Qualifications, entirely while you work.
