Assistant Manager role at Modus Wembley
We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, hospitality and ready to take the next step into leadership. A happy and positive presence who enjoys building relationships and community with customers and staff alike with clarity and warmth.
You’ll be assisting the smooth day-to-day running of the venue, setting the standard for coffee quality, service, and team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to communicate, motivate, and engage will make a real difference.
Duties:
-Leading, motivating, and developing a coffee-focused team
-Creating a welcoming, energetic environment for customers and staff
-Maintaining high standards of coffee quality and customer service
-Managing daily operations-Communicating clearly and professionally with staff, customers, and owners
-Being present on the floor and leading by example (this is a hands on role)
