We’re Hiring For

We’re currently hiring for multiple positions across our Byford & Hilbert locations:

• FOH All-Rounders
• Supervisors ( Supervisor applicants should be confident leading a shift, supporting the team, and maintaining service standards during busy periods. )
• Cooks

This Role Is NOT For Someone Who

This role is NOT for someone who:

• Calls in sick regularly
• Waits to be told what to do
• Says they want hours but can’t work weekends
• Brings bad energy or drama to the team
• Struggles under pressure in busy service

We care a lot about attitude, reliability, and team fit.

Role Details

Positions:

• FOH All-Rounders
• Supervisors
• Cooks

Locations:

• COFFIX Byford
• COFFIX Hilbert - opening in May 2026

Employment Type: Part-time

Hours: Approx. 15–25 hours per week, with more hours available for the right candidate

Availability Required:

• Must be available for weekdays plus at least one weekend day
• Cook shifts: between 5:00AM – 3:00PM
• FOH shifts: between 6:00AM – 3:00PM

Pay: Based on Hospitality Award + experience
