HOSPITALITY ALL ROUNDER WANTED

We are looking for a highly experienced hospitality all-rounder to join our team at The Good Paddock and Cubby Kiosk, set on the beautiful 11 Acre Farm in Forrestdale.

This is not your typical café role. We are a working hobby farm where produce is grown on site and thoughtfully woven into our menu. Surrounded by nature, animals, and open space, our venue offers a slower, more grounded style of hospitality that focuses on quality, connection, and experience.

About the role

This position is ideal for a confident hospitality professional who can move across floor, and dispense/bar support roles, with bonus points for barista experience.

During the week, you will be supporting service across floor and dispense, and may be jumping in to help with the coffee section depending on the day. This requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to stay organised and calm while working independently.

On weekends, you will be part of a larger, fast-paced team service where you will rotate between floor and dispense bar roles as needed. Clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to switch between tasks quickly are essential.

We are a small team, so we value people who are happy to jump into wherever they are needed to keep service flowing smoothly and support one another during busy periods.

What we are looking for

• Strong hospitality experience

• Bonus: barista experience in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence working solo and across multiple sections

• Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure

• A genuine team player who communicates well and supports others during service

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in guest experience

• Alignment with our values around sustainability and thoughtful hospitality

The role

• Casual hours - approx 25 across the week

• We are open Wednesday to Sunday, weekends are essential

• Mix of weekday shifts and weekend service, some evenings available

• Varied role across floor, dispense bar, coffee
