Venue Manager – Daisies Cottesloe
Immediate Start | Reports to General Manager
Daisies is one of Perth’s most loved cafés, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to take the reins at our busy Cottesloe venue. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role at a local icon with a loyal following.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the front and back-of-house teams day-to-day
- Driving excellent customer service and maintaining high standards across the venue
- Managing rosters, stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering systems
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service flow
- Working closely with and reporting directly to the General Manager of The Pantry Group
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven hospitality management experience (café/restaurant background ideal)
- Is proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for building positive team culture
- Loves great coffee, fresh food, and connecting with the community
- Is available for an immediate start
