Immediate Start | Reports to General Manager

Daisies is one of Perth’s most loved cafés, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to take the reins at our busy Cottesloe venue. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role at a local icon with a loyal following.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting the front and back-of-house teams day-to-day
• Driving excellent customer service and maintaining high standards across the venue
• Managing rosters, stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering systems
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service flow
• Working closely with and reporting directly to the General Manager of The Pantry Group

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven hospitality management experience (café/restaurant background ideal)
• Is proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for building positive team culture
• Loves great coffee, fresh food, and connecting with the community
• Is available for an immediate start
