Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for specialty coffee and excellence? Citizens of Brew Ha is expanding, and we are looking for two key players to join our Subiaco team.

1. CAFE MANAGER / SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a leader who can take ownership and drive the shop’s success.

• Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Management or Supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

• Proven ability to manage staff rostering, COGS, and daily operations.

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to maintain a positive team culture.

2. SENIOR BARISTA

If you live and breathe coffee, we want you behind our machine.

• Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in fast-paced, high-volume specialty cafes.

• Expertise in dial-in procedures, grinder calibration, and milk texturing.

• High-level latte art skills.

• Fast, efficient, and consistently high standards under pressure.
