About The Role:

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to show off their talents and great leadership qualities. Working closely and being supported by our highly experienced Head Chef, you will work in a fast-paced, exciting, and fun environment. You will also be responsible for the below:

  • Developing and encouraging a strong and passionate team environment
  • Ensure high quality of food and presentation
  • Assist with menu development
  • Support, lead and motivate your team
  • Work with the Head Chef to achieve target and goals
  • Running of the kitchen in the head chef’s absence
  • Ensure food safety compliance

What we are looking for:

  • Passion for service excellence
  • Demonstrated experience in a Sous role (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
  • Desire to Learn and continue to upskill.
  • Maintain high standards and lead by example
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent food preparation and organisational skills
  • Flexible Availability
