Retail Assistants/Barista - CBD

This role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and you will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's! This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand. We are searching for enthusiastic Retail Assistants across all shifts so don't hesitate to apply!

Tasks & responsibilities

• Providing an outstanding customer experience;
• Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
• Upselling;
• Working the Barista machine; Prepare amazing Coffees
• Preparing cold beverages - milk shakes & iced drinks (have you tried one yet!) ;
• Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
• Cleaning duties throughout the store.

Qualifications & experience

• Demonstrated customer service skills;
• You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
• Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Exposure to a fast paced environment;
• Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential;
• Barista Experience (preferred)
