1. Restaurant Supervisor / Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on leader to oversee our front-of-house operations and work closely with the owners to drive service excellence. This is an ideal role for someone ready to step up from a senior FOH or assistant manager position into a leadership role with genuine growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Manage rosters, shift wages, and on-the-floor team performance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Support training, inductions, and development of new team members
- Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with owners on menu updates, promotions, and events
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a busy restaurant or café
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and guest care
- Current RSA certificate (essential)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

2. Barista / Café All-Rounder
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Barista / All-Rounder who’s passionate about coffee, food, and friendly service. You’ll play a key role in our daily café operations — from crafting quality coffee to delivering warm and attentive table service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality espresso coffee and beverages
- Take customer orders and process POS / EFTPOS payments
- Assist with food service, takeaway, and table clearing
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area
- Support daily opening and closing duties
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in café or hospitality settings
- Confident in coffee-making and basic latte art
- Friendly, professional, and reliable with strong teamwork skills
- Flexible and proactive — able to handle rush periods with ease
- Understanding of food handling and hygiene standards
- RSA certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
