As our Restaurant Manager (or Patrao, meaning head of the family), your role begins the moment you step into the restaurant. With your energy and passion, you’ll inspire your team, set the pace, and lead by example. You’ll deliver the Nando’s magic that keeps customers coming back—great food, welcoming service, and a warm atmosphere.

Who You Are:
An experienced leader or someone with management experience (fast casual dining is a bonus but not essential).
Highly organized with a strong ability to run smooth operations while inspiring and developing teams.
Motivated by empowering others and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff:
📋 Applicants must have the right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant.
🍔 You’ll work with all Nando’s ingredients and obtain and hold appropriate certification (liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by applicable local legislation).
