About the Role

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Work in a supportive team environment 
  • Evening shifts only - 4pm-12.30am

As a Pastry Cook you will:

  • Ensure products are consistently prepared to recipe and to the highest quality standard
  • Schedule, plan and complete daily preparation and production
  • Assist with product development
  • Control, record and minimise waste
  • Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and utensils to ensure health and safety regulations are met

About You:

  • Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery, pastry, baking or equivalent
  • Excellent dough break and piping skills
  • Good pallet knife skills is an advantage
  • Excellent technical knowledge of pastry cooking techniques
  • Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
  • Eye for detail and presentation
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Physically fit
  • Have reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence
  • Be able to work in Australia without restrictions.
