Main/Head Barista

This position doesn’t come up often!
Our current main barista is moving to part-time to focus on study, so we’re looking for someone experienced to take the lead behind our machine.
The Main Barista is more than just a coffee role, it’s a key part of our management team, shaping both our café culture and the way we grow the business TOGETHER.
Hours
Between 30–38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within 6:15 am – 3:30 pm.
What we’re looking for:
• 1+ year experience in a FAST-PACED café environment
• Confident with stocktaking & communicating with coffee suppliers
• Strong sense of responsibility and great teamwork attitude
• Bright, positive energy and passion for coffee culture
• Someone who’s looking to step up long-term into a main or head barista role (Full support and training will be provided)
