Location: Cubby Cafe & 11 Acre Farm, Forrestdale

Salary: Paid in accordance with the HIGA Award - negotiable based on experience

POSITION 1: EXPERIENCED KITCHEN HAND

Are you ready to take the next step in your culinary career? We’re looking for a motivated kitchen hand who’s eager to progress into hands-on cooking. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Min 1 year experience as a kitchen hand.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Passion for food and attention to detail.

POSITION 2: CHEF DE PARTIE

We’re also seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team and help deliver our seasonal, farm-inspired menu. If you thrive in a dynamic kitchen and have a flair for creating delicious dishes, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role (or similar).
• Ability to manage a section in a busy kitchen.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for working with fresh, local ingredients.
