Blacksmith in Highgate is looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team! We're an established café that has been serving seasonally inspired menus since 2016. This is a great opportunity for any Chef to challenge themselves creatively and express their passion to our ever growing community!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge of modern Australian cuisine.
• Menu preparation, ordering & stock management.
• Leading & managing a small kitchen team.
• Cleaning & maintaining kitchen facilities.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a fast-paced a la carte dining.
• Leadership skills - organisation, communication, reliability.
• Attention to detail and speedy execution.
• A passion to be creative and driven to reach higher levels.
