Head Barista

Ginga is on the hunt for its next Head Barista! Ginga located in Mt Hawthorn is a vibrant and busy Asian fusion cafe/restaurant. We are a large scale venue churning about 60-80kg of coffee a week, and we are looking for someone to take the lead!

What we want:

- Someone who is confident behind the machine being able to tune grinders, steam silky milk and execute gorgeous latte art.

- Take on the ordering of all coffee related stock.

- Someone who is comfortable being a manager and taking lead.

- Product development of new drinks.
