Head Barista – Common Bakery (Carrington St, Nedlands)

As Head Barista, you’ll take ownership of the coffee program, help train and mentor baristas, and ensure every cup that leaves the machine meets our high standards. You’ll work closely with management to maintain quality, consistency, and a positive team culture.

What we’re looking for:

-Minimum 2+ years barista experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment

-Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and calibration

-Confident leading a team and training junior staff

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills

-Reliable, organised, and passionate about quality coffee and service
