Head Baristas & barista All Rounders to join our team.

Please note that Head Barista and Barista All Rounder are separate positions with distinct requirements and responsibilities.

This is a casual role, perfect for those looking for a flexible work schedule.

As a key member of our dynamic hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting premium coffee beverages.

What you'll be doing

• Meticulously preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based drinks, teas and other specialty beverages
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the bar and café area
• Assisting with stock management and inventory control
• Collaborating with the broader team to support the smooth running of the establishment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista or Head Barista in a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong working knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment and drink preparation
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality in a busy environment
