We’re on the hunt for a Head Barista with serious coffee skills, a standout personality, and top-tier customer service to lead our café team.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position (approx. 25+ hours per week) for someone who’s passionate about coffee and confident running a busy machine with consistency, speed, and a smile.

What We’re Looking What We’re Looking For

 Minimum 2 years barista experience in specialty coffee

 Skilled in dialing in and machine calibration – you know how to pull the perfect shot every time

 Strong latte art game – hearts, rosettas, swans? We want to see them

 Excellent customer service – warm, reliable, and great with regulars

 Confident, calm under pressure, and a natural team leader
