Full-Time Manager

We’re expanding our trading week to 7 days, and we’re on the hunt for a full-time Manager to help lead the charge.

If you’re all about café culture — dialled-in coffee, fast-paced service, and building strong team energy — this could be your next move. We’re looking for someone who leads from the floor, builds customer connection, keeps service smooth, and knows how to bring the crew together.

The Role Will Involve:

• Leading daily operations and team performance
• Managing rosters, supporting hiring and training
• Keeping service sharp, efficient and friendly
• Handling stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
• Driving a high standard of coffee, food, and hospitality

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience in café or venue management
• Solid knowledge of specialty coffee and workflow
• A calm, hands-on leadership style
• Strong people skills — both team and customer facing
• Problem solving skills
